How much does shipping cost?

For shipments within the U.S. we offer SHIPPING WITHIN 24 HOURS via the United States Postal Service.
Shipping charges are a flat $4.99 regardless of the number of items in your order.

We ship to all destinations in the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.

Do you ship to addresses outside of the U.S.?

At this time, Little Bo’tique only ships to the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.

Cancellations

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately at 607-206-3318 during our customer service hours: Monday thru Friday 10am - 5:00pm EST. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.

Returns

LittleBotique.net offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold at Littlebotique.net. If for any reason your or your child find any product unsatisfactory, you may return it for a full refund within 15 days, or within 30 days for a store credit or exchange. You will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping both ways. (**Exception: We apologize, but we cannot accept any returns on Webkinz or Lil’kinz products.)
